# Gameplay

* Each player is randomly assigned a piece color and moves according to the dice rolls in the order of Red → Green → Yellow → Blue.
* The initial rounds are in an economic boom phase. After a certain number of rounds, the game will transition to an economic stable phase. Following that, after more rounds, the game will enter an economic recession phase. Different phases affect players' earnings and impact the spaces on the board.
* Tax Spaces: Landing on these spaces will deduct money from the player. (In the stable and recession phases, the amount deducted increases.)
* Candy House: Players will encounter random events that may deduct or add money. (In the stable and recession phases, the chance of deducting money increases.)
* Starting Point: Passing by this space will add money. (In the stable and recession phases, the money gained will decrease or may even result in a deduction.)
* Land: Landing on land will earn money. If there is a building owned by another player, rent must be paid. If it's your own land or unowned, you can buy property and collect rent from other players who land on it. (In the stable and recession phases, land earnings decrease or may result in a deduction, while rent remains unchanged.)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://mumubit-document.gitbook.io/tycoon/game-play/multiplayer/gameplay.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
